The marketplace is where people buy and sell physical items — not gigs, actual things. Here's what happens on both sides of a sale, start to finish.
Find something you want, pick a quantity, and pay. Your money doesn't go to the seller yet — it sits with F9 until you actually get your item. From there the seller has 24 hours to start getting your order ready. If that doesn't happen, you get your money back automatically, no forms, no waiting on anyone.
Sellers choose one or both when they list an item.
You meet the seller in person to collect it. There's a short handshake step here to make sure both sides know the handoff actually happened — details on the safety page.
The seller ships to your address. You'll see a tracking number on your order once it's on the way, if the seller adds one.
Confirm you received your item and leave a quick rating — that's what actually releases payment to the seller. Forget to do it, or just don't get around to it? Payment releases on its own after 7 days, so a seller who did everything right is never left waiting on you indefinitely.
List your item, set your price, and choose pickup, delivery, or both. When someone buys, you'll see it land in your marketplace orders — payment is already secured on our end at that point, you just need to get the item to them. Mark it as processing, then shipped or ready for pickup. Once they confirm receipt, your earnings move into your wallet, available to withdraw a day later.
